Agentic hands a goal to a team of agents — that one is still in development. You can move between them at any point.
Cyril is in private build ahead of early access. Platform and the AI assistant are the focus. Fully agentic mode and the voice avatar are in development and are not part of the first release — we would rather say that plainly than imply otherwise.
Yes. Onboarding researches your specific business and shapes the apps, business rules and pipeline defaults around how your industry actually works. It is personalised to you, not a template you pick off a shelf.
Every record carries an organisation ID and every query is scoped to it at the service layer, with cross-tenant isolation tests required for each entity type. Deletes are soft by default, so data is recoverable rather than destroyed.
